As per the General Directorate of Residency and Foreign Affairs (GDRFA) in Dubai, visitors aged over 18 years of age with transit, visit and visa-on-arrival, can now get a SIM card at the Dubai airport’s immigration counter. SIM will remain valid only for a month, which comes with 3 minutes’ talktime and 20 MB free mobile data. However, travelers can top up the card during their stay if they want from any super market store, the SIM card works in sync with the immigration system, which will be deactivated once the tourist exits the country. As per the news reports, to top up the SIM, the tourists can choose from three packages, i.e., small, medium, and large.
