Travel overnight by Volvo bus from Delhi to Manali (12 – 14 Hours). On arrival in Manali check in to the hotel (Check in time 12 noon/earlier check in if rooms are available). Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel. Vehicle will not proceed further than “gulaba barrier“ due to limitation by NGT and heavy snow.

• A Non –Refundable deposit of 10,000 per person to hold the booking.

• 25% of the total package cost to be paid within a week after making token payment.

• Remaining payment of the total package cost to be paid before 30 days of departure.

• Flight fares and non refundable Products need to be paid in full and in advance at the time of booking.

• Above policies are subject to change without any prior notice and you will get the final policies by your booking agent.

• Before or within 30 days of check-in, the cancellation charges will be as 25% of package cost.

• 15 to 30 days before check-in, the cancellation charges will be 50% of the package cost.

• 7 to 15 days before check-in, the cancellation charges will be 75% of the package cost.

• Less than 7 days before check-in, Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given

• No refund will be applicable for Non – Refundable components.
